Terms of service
Last updated: October 22, 2026
1. Welcome
These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of zoimedicinals.com and anything you buy from us there, including subscriptions, digital guides, and our Build Your Confidence course. The site is run by Zoi Clinic PLLC, doing business as Zoi Medicinals, 200 N Main St., Buda, TX 78610 ("Zoi," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The store runs on Shopify. Some features come from trusted partners: Appstle for subscriptions and Faire for wholesale. Their own terms may also apply when you use those features.
2. Health Information and Dietary Supplement Disclaimer
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Everything on this site, including product pages, the Build Your Confidence course, guides, emails, and answers from our team, is general education. It isn't medical advice, and it doesn't create a practitioner-patient relationship. Herbal formulas affect people differently. Always talk with your physician or a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, or nursing; are taking prescription or over-the-counter medication; have a medical condition; are giving a formula to a child; or have surgery coming up. Read the label and follow the directions. Stop using a product and contact your healthcare provider if you have a reaction.
Our formulas are made with organic, USP-grade alcohol. Please consider this if you avoid alcohol for any reason, and keep all products out of reach of children.
3. Who Can Use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us or create an account. Products for children must be bought and given by a parent or guardian, following the label and a healthcare provider's advice.
4. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and your details (including your shipping address and payment method) accurate and up to date. Let us know right away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or are used for fraud.
5. Products, Pricing and Errors
We work hard to describe our products accurately. Bottle and label colors may look slightly different on your screen. Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time, but a change won't affect an order we've already accepted (subscriptions are covered in section 7). Sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Sometimes a mistake slips through, like a wrong price, description or availability. If that happens, we may cancel or correct the order, even after you've received a confirmation email, and we'll refund anything you paid for the canceled part. We may limit quantities, and we may refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent or are placed for resale. Retailers can buy wholesale through Faire.
An order is accepted when it ships (or, for digital products, when we send your download link). Until then, your confirmation email just means we've received your order.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number. By placing an order, you confirm that you're allowed to use the payment method you choose.
7. Subscriptions
How it works: When you choose a subscription, you're asking us to send the products you picked on a repeating schedule (every 30, 60 or 90 days, your choice) and to charge your saved payment method for each order until you cancel. The subscription price is shown at checkout, currently $28.95 per 2 oz bottle. Shipping on subscription orders is free.
Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically on each billing date at the price and frequency shown in your account, plus any applicable tax, until you cancel. We'll email you a reminder 7 days, 3 days and 24 hours before each renewal.
Skip, pause, change or cancel anytime: Log in to your account and open Subscriptions (our customer portal) to skip a delivery, pause, change products, quantities or frequency, update your address or payment method, or cancel. You can cancel online at any time, with no fees and no minimum number of orders. Changes and cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to apply to that order. Once an order has been charged, it's covered by our Refund Policy. You can also email info@zoimedicinals.com and we'll help.
Price changes: If we change a subscription price, we'll email you at least 7 days before the new price applies. You can skip or cancel before then.
Failed payments: If a payment doesn't go through, we'll let you know and may try again. We may pause or cancel the subscription if payment keeps failing.
Subscriber rewards: Subscribers may receive free gifts at certain order milestones, as described on our product pages (currently the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 9th and 12th orders). Gifts have no cash value and can't be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash or credit. They're available while supplies last, and we may substitute a gift of similar value. Only paid, completed subscription orders count toward milestones. If you cancel and later resubscribe, you keep the order count you had reached. We may change or end the rewards program at any time, but we'll honor any gift already earned.
We may change or stop offering subscriptions. If we end yours, we'll let you know and won't charge you again.
8. Shipping
Please see our Shipping Policy for processing times, rates, tracking, and what to do about lost or damaged packages.
9. Returns and Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy. Because they are dietary supplements, our products can't be returned once they've shipped, except as that policy describes. It also covers damaged, wrong or missing items, lost packages, subscription orders and digital products.
10. Build Your Confidence Course and Digital Products
Our Build Your Confidence course, lessons, quizzes, and digital guides and downloads (such as the Menstrual Cycle Deep Dive) are for education only. They aren't medical advice, and they don't replace care from a qualified practitioner (see section 2).
When you access the course or buy a digital product, we give you a personal, non-transferable license to view it and download it for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, post publicly, upload to AI tools, or use the materials to teach or sell to others without our written permission. Download links are for you alone.
Digital products are final sale once the download link has been sent, unless the file is faulty. If it is, email us and we'll send a working copy or refund you.
11. Our Content and Trademarks
Everything on the site, including formulas and their descriptions, text, lessons, photos, graphics and design, belongs to Zoi or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Zoi Medicinals, Zoi, the Zoi logo, our formula names (such as Kÿma™, Xýlo™, Pain Release™ and Metabolic Balance™), and our product designs are our trademarks. Please don't use them without our written permission.
12. Reviews and Other Content You Share
We love hearing how Zoi fits into your life. When you post a review, photo, comment or other content, you confirm that it's yours, that it's honest and based on your own experience, and that it doesn't break any law or anyone's rights. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, edit for length or clarity, and share it in connection with Zoi, including in marketing, with your first name and last initial (for example, "Sarah W.").
Please don't post content that claims a product cured, treated or prevented a disease, or that is false, offensive, or promotional for someone else. We may moderate, decline or remove content at our discretion. If we ever offer something in exchange for a review, we'll ask you to say so in the review.
13. Prohibited Uses
Please don't use the site to break the law; infringe anyone's rights; send spam or malware; scrape, copy or harvest content or data with bots; interfere with the site's security or operation; impersonate anyone; or buy products for unauthorized resale.
14. Third-party Links and Services
The site may link to or use services we don't control (for example, payment processors, Appstle, Faire and carriers). We aren't responsible for their content, policies or practices.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Apart from any warranty the law says we can't exclude, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the site will always be available or error-free, or that any product will produce a particular result for you.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Zoi and its owners, team members, practitioners and partners won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or order that gave rise to the claim. Some states don't allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
17. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Zoi and its owners, team members and partners from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site or products, or content you post.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please contact us first. Most things can be solved with a conversation. Any lawsuit relating to these Terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hays County, Texas, and you and we consent to that venue.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the date above. If a change materially affects active subscriptions, we'll email subscribers before it takes effect. Using the site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
20. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a right right away, we haven't waived it. These Terms, together with the policies they mention, are the whole agreement between you and Zoi about the site.
