Our family always looks forward to tacos—on Taco Night or any night! In our hometown of Laredo, many restaurants feature a crispy taco plate on their menu, which includes crunchy tacos filled with ground beef, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, and a side of Mexican rice and beans. Whenever we’d dine out, we’d order a few of these plates for the table to share family-style!
Inspired by this nostalgic and delicious platter, we created these Corn Taco Shells with thoughtfully selected ingredients like organic corn so more people can enjoy.
